Rates effective for rate region D.

For organizations and retired members located in (1) the metropolitan area of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and (2) states outside South Dakota:

  • Estimated 2026 regional rating factor = +6.0%.
  • Estimated 2027 regional rating factor = +6.8%.

For organizations and retired members located in South Dakota except for the metropolitan area of Sioux Falls:

  • Estimated 2026 regional rating factor = +10.0%.
  • Estimated 2027 regional rating factor = +6.8%.
