- Estimated 2027 regional rating factor = +6.8%.
For COBRA members located in South Dakota except for the metropolitan area of Sioux Falls:
- Estimated 2026 regional rating factor = +10.0%.
- Estimated 2027 regional rating factor = +6.8%.
